- Bake the pie crust and let it cool.
- In a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk, agar flakes, coconut sugar, and vanilla. Use 2 teaspoons of agar flakes in you want it to be more firm. Bring to a boil and whisk until the flakes dissolve.
- Let the mixture boil for 1 minute, stirring often
- Turn off the heat, and stir baking chocolate in until it’s melted
- Pour the chocolate into the pie crust, then place in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours.
- Once the filling feels firm, top with coconut whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Slice and serve chilled.
